Update: 12th March 2006
Well Spoons fans, lots of stuff to tell, but firstly I want to apologise for not updating the site in so long.
Anyway, the forum has been taken down as a new one is in the process of being made. The bio page has been updated. Paul Harrison adn The Spoons now have a MySpace: here! Erm, Paul is currently working on his second solo album, currently titled 'Evolution'.
